We want you to love every product you buy from 
HypeDrop.in. If you are not satisfied, here's what 
we offer:

Eligibility for Returns
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of 
  delivery
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, 
  and in the same condition as received
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" 
  are not eligible

Non-Returnable Items
- Digital products (once downloaded or accessed)
- Customised or personalised products
- Products damaged due to misuse

How to Raise a Return Request
Email us at admin@hypedrop.in with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we 
will notify you via email. Approved refunds are 
processed within 5–7 business days to your original 
payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank 
transfer or UPI.

Exchange
We offer free exchanges for defective or damaged 
products. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery 
with photos as proof.
